Makers of Fine Hand-Made Garden Furniture

Welcome to our Site

At Country Classic Garden Furniture, the timber we use for all of our manufacturing download movies, new movies, dvd download, camel tobacco, download mp3, download mp3 online is a very high grade of Scandinavian Spruce, sometimes referred to as European Whitewood. Scandinavian Spruce is a traditional special softwood and is very suitable for braving the great outdoors. It must be treated with a quality Wood Preservative or Wood Stain to enable full protection against the rigours of the British weather. We inspect and grade each piece of timber before we use it, therefore, we know that you will appreciate and enjoy our Garden Furniture at its very best.

Once the timber has been carefully selected, we begin by cutting and planing each furniture component to the required measurement. All the components are then individually dipped into a Golden Brown Exterior Wood Preservative, formulated to penetrate deep into the timber to ensure effective and long lasting treatment. When the timber is thoroughly dried, we assemble each component to form the finished item of Garden Furniture using zinc plated screws and/or bolts where required. Our Garden Furniture is then given a final inspection before it is dispatched on to our customer.

Special grades of Spruce are selected for their resonance to make soundboards for pianos, guitars and violin fronts.
Spruce is white to yellowish brown with a slight pinkish tinge. The grain is straight, with a medium even texture. It has a very high strength-to-weight ratio, light density and easy work ability.
Spruce is found mainly in North America (from Western Canada down to California) however, it can also be found in some parts of Scandinavia too.
We source all of our timber from forests with planned renewal programmes.
